Ongoing Software Support and Maintenance
Software isn't finished at launch. Browsers, phones, and the services your software connects to keep changing, and security issues need patching. Our support plans keep your software running smoothly long after it ships.
Support isn't limited to software we built. If you have an existing website or app and the original developer has moved on, we can take it over.
What we build
- Bug fixes and routine maintenance
- Security updates and emergency patches
- Content and design updates
- Small improvements and new features as your business grows
- Takeover of websites and apps built by another developer
A good fit if…
- You want someone to call when something breaks
- Your original developer is no longer available
- You'd rather run your business than keep software up to date
How it works
Every project starts with a free consultation. Tell us what you need in plain language and we'll follow up with a clear proposal: the scope of work and a transparent estimate. Once you approve it, we get to work and keep you in the loop at every milestone. Read more about our process.
We're based in Richmond, Indiana and work closely with small businesses that don't have an in-house IT department.
Common questions
Can you support software someone else built?
Yes. We'll review the existing code first so we can tell you honestly what shape it's in before you commit to a plan.
Do I need a support plan?
Not necessarily. Some clients prefer to contact us as needs come up. A plan makes sense if you expect regular updates or want help available quickly when something goes wrong.
What counts as an emergency?
Anything that stops your customers from using your software or puts data at risk, such as a site being down, checkout failing, or a security issue. Those get handled first.
